Prices are by the package weight. They include butchering and cryovac (plastic) wrapping.

Standard orders include the following:

Nitrate-free smoked quarter hams
Nitrate-free smoked sliced bacon
Pork chops – 3/4 inch thick, 2 per pack
Roasts 3.5#
Ground pork 1# chubs
Rendered lard
Spare ribs (for orders 1/2 or larger)
